Savannah Bananas Heading to Seattle in 2025

The popular entertaining baseball of the Savannah Bananas, who many have compared to the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball, will be bringing their brand to Seattle in 2025, according to KOMO News.

The Savannah Bananas are set to play at T-Mobile Park on September 19th and September 20th in 2025 as part of their national tour which also includes stops in places such as New York, Houston, and San Diego and also some football stadiums.

Savannah Bananas owner Jesse Cole said that the Bananas will play at Clemson’s 81,000-seat Memorial Stadium on April 26th.

“These will be some of the biggest crowds in baseball history to see Banana Ball,” Cole said, according to the Associated Press.

“In Banana Ball, we like to make things a little different,” Cole added. “We’re going to have fun with it.”

The Bananas have affiliate teams such as the Party Animals and Firefighters and have their own exhibit at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York.

“We’re not just building a team, we’re building a sport,” Cole said, “It’s all about creating the fastest, most entertaining sport for the fans.”

Additionally, the Bananas are set to headline 18 major league stadiums next year, including stops at Yankee Stadium in New York, Camden Yards in Baltimore and Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia.
